Why We’re So Obsessed!
There’s nothing like walking into an actual bookstore, browsing around, and actually feeling the books in your hand. While we of course love all things Amazon – we always try to get our books at Barnes & Noble whenever we can, even if we can’t make it directly inside their store. But did you know that they have way more than just books? There are plenty of hidden gems there too – from the latest toys, games, and puzzles to stationary, gift ideas, and even movies and TV shows.

With everything that happened with the pandemic (you remember that nightmare, right?) it had been quite a while since we walked into a Barnes and Noble. The good news was that their website was full steam ahead and we were able to get all the books we wanted (including for our Nook) – and even pre-order ones we were anticipating. But it wasn’t until the holidays that we realized they had more than just books.
We discovered that their toy section was pretty extensive, especially with some of those hard-to-find toys. And when it came time to that puzzle shortage basically everywhere else online, B&N had plenty to choose from and we even got them delivered somewhat quickly. Of course, at the beginning we totally understood some minor shipping delays.

We’ll hop off our soap-box in a second, but if you can you should definitely buy from Barnes and Noble, whether it’s in person or online. It’s important that we still have actual bookstores out there – especially one as great as theirs. We’re obsessed!
What’s Their Promo Code Policy?
While Barnes & Noble accepts coupons and promo codes, they typically don’t hand them out from what our research showed. And while we don’t have any here, your best bet is to subscribe to their emails to be the first to know about their new arrivals, future deals and sales, and any one-off promo offers they may have. They’ll just email it directly to you.
They do have a page on their site that lists out their official coupon discounts. So really, don’t waste your time on sites that say they have all these codes. Who ever has any luck with those anyway?! Check direct with B&N to see which offers are currently valid in case any have changed, but a couple we’ve recently seen include:
