Why We’re So Obsessed!

For us, if Anthropologie and Everlane had a beautiful baby it would be Mango. They truly have some of the most beautiful (and affordable) clothes for men, the coolest stuff for guys, and even things that your kids would actually want to wear. If you’re ready for a change of pace and want to switch up your wardrobe a bit – you have to take a peek at their latest collection. It’s a real game changer.

We usually find ourselves trapped into wearing the same stuff over and over again (and over again). And it’s usually dark colors – mainly black and/or grey. If we’re feeling a big daring we’ll add in some blue (most likely navy). With the recent terrible times we’ve all endured we really were ready to add some color and lightness into our lives. And we’re ready to get out of our joggers, focus a bit more on some much needed self-care and get back out there. Mango really helped us find some amazing pieces to add a little color into our wardrobe. And we’re pretty obsessed over their entire accessories collection too.

Major online publishers have reviewed and recommended Mango for a while now and we really were ready to take the plunge into something new and refreshing. Hey, maybe it was the change of seasons or us just needing to feel something different for a change. Of course we did still pick up some of their sweatshirt and joggers because they were so cute and stylish so it felt like an upgrade for us. But we know we needed to expand and break out of our comfort zone. So, some of our faves included:

We know what you’re thinking. Us buying jeans is kind of not getting out of our comfort zone – but working from home we’ve really been in leggings and joggers for a year so, yeah, jeans was a total upgrade. Sure they didn’t fit like they once did – but we’re working on it! And speaking of that, they have a really nice plus size section with super pretty must-haves. We’re not huge fans of the term plus size as you know (since we talk about that all the time here), but labels aside you gotta see it all – super nice. Check out their plus size picks here!

Beside all of things we’ve fallen in love with, like we mentioned they have a nice selection for men and kids too.

This year our two goals were to focus on reviewing women owned businesses and businesses that focus on sustainability. We’re adding Mango into the mix also because they make it easy to browse their sustainable choices. There, you can find shirts, sandals, blouses, hats, tote bags, dresses and more. We always feel good about supporting businesses who focus on that – and you can feel good about your contribution by going the sustainable route!

While Mango does accept promo codes and coupon discounts when you checkout on their website – they typically don’t give many of these out.
