You know what we miss? Seeing Taylor Swift in concert. Yes, we’re totally adults and we’re totally admitting to that. Once all concerts were basically canceled due to the pandemic (understandable) we realize just how important they were to our social plans. And now that they’re coming back we can’t wait to jump right back in.

But, let’s face it, things are still a little unclear. What seems open now could always close again. However, this time around StubHub is providing ticket buyers with a refund policy if an event they’ve purchased tickets to is canceled due to Covid. A lot of different ticket sites are doing something similar when it comes to refunds, but StubHub is bring it to a whole new level by providing you credit for 120% of the amount you paid. Whoa!

According to their site at the time of our review, they’ve stated:

If an event is canceled, we’ll give you a StubHub credit for 120% of the amount you paid. If an event is rescheduled or postponed, your ticket will be good for the new date.”

As always, check out their site directly for updates as policies can always change as time goes on – but you can rest assured you’ll be taken care of.

This has been researched a lot around here and while we wish we had better news, the truth is that StubHub does accept promo codes and coupons – but they seldom give any out. We don’t have any exclusives here at all, but depending on the event(s) you’re looking into we’ve seen ways you can get 20% off (no promo code is even needed!) – which is really helpful. And, like we mentioned, we really dig their refund offer (due to Covid) where you can get 120% back if your event is canceled. How can you go wrong?!
