Why We’re So Obsessed!
We’re continuing our series on reviewing and spreading the word about female founded business that we’re obsessed with. This time around our latest obsession is Thinx. They’re the period underwear brand that’s been going viral lately and for all the right reasons. With a mentality of “There’s nothing wrong with periods” that we knew we had to try them out and support other female owned businesses. Women support women is always a great idea.

When it comes to period underwear, wearing it, and reviewing it there’s no shame in our game. And there shouldn’t be any shame in your game either…or in your underwear. We all get our period. It’s life. So it’s important to have open and honest discussions about what works best for you, your body, and your lifestyle. If tampons and pads aren’t your thing, period under may be where it’s at. And, if so, we think you’re going to really love Thinx. They’re totally comfortable, totally stylish, totally absorbent, and totally machine washable. Oh, and we are officially retiring the word “totally.”
There are more and more companies creeping up in the period underwear space. While others may be great, Thinx has been rated as a top pick from The New York Times and other publications as well. They make it really easy and transparent when shopping on their site. Each style of underwear lets you know which flow it’s best for. From light to super and everything in between there’s something perfect (and stylish) for you.
But don’t worry if you really weren’t 100% sure what your flow truly is. We had a feeling, but then second guessed ourselves a bit. They have a pretty helpful “Know Your Flow” tool that will help you find the perfect pair for you. Their quiz tool says it only takes 5 minutes but, as always, we’re overachievers and banged through that quiz in 2 minutes and 56 seconds. Yes, we timed it. We’re good like that.

We wanted to look into their coupon policy because we do love a bargain of any kind.
