Why We’re So Obsessed!
Throw out your gym membership because you can great your own home gym directly from Bowflex and do it at pretty reasonable prices. It’s safe to say that more and more of us are working from home and working out from home like never before. While this started at the height of the pandemic, we’re now hooked on regularly working out from home. Not only is it really excuse-proof (for us at least), but we discovered that we actually don’t need half of the stuff that’s actually at the gym!

Bowflex really has everything you need whether you’re a newbie to working out or a tried-and-true gym rat. We fall somewhere in between, so we didn’t need the full-on home gym, but we became pretty obsessed with their smart treadmill and spin bike – not to mention finally giving their new adjustable kettlebells a shot. And while you’re working out from home that doesn’t mean you still can’t look like you’re dressed for the gym with your fave workout clothes from Lululemon or Gymshark!
Apparently we’re not the only ones who wanted to invest in their adjustable dumbbells. At one point during the pandemic they had an estimated delivery time of 3-months. We get it though, everyone was finding new ways to workout from home. But once we got ours we were able to do just about all the exercises we were doing at the gym and we didn’t need a ton of different weights placed all over our room (we simply don’t have the space!).
We tacked on the bench to our order (we were even able to take an extra $25 off when we bundled it together + got free shipping). Using a combo of the adjustable dumbbells and the bench we were able to hit all the chest, triceps, biceps, shoulders, and back exercises we always used to. And it really was nice to be able to try things we were to insecure to try out at the gym!

After some research online we were able to discover that Bowflex does accept coupons and promo codes – but they seldom give them out. And while we don’t have any exclusive offers here and other sites out there really don’t either, you can find a few discount offers from Bowflex directly.
